To place a deposit on a bird, please fill out the email form below.

A 50% deposit will be required to hold a baby of your choice until he/she is weaned. Deposits will be taken to hold your place for a particular baby from a particular pair or for any given mutation. As a convenience, you may make your deposit from our website using your credit card, debit card or by using PayPal. You can also pay by check or money order via USPS, or in person when you visit our aviary to see your baby.

You may place your deposit on a baby I have available now or have your name put onto our waiting list for the next available baby.

This is a receipt for the deposit towards the purchase of a bird from Lil' Cheap Cheeps, the Seller.

If for any reason, there is no bird available for selection, the Buyer will receive a refund. If the Buyer decides for any reason not to follow through with the selection and purchase of the bird, the deposit will be forfeited to the Seller.

The balance of payment is due upon notification of date of pick up. If the buyer is unable to pick up the bird when notified by the Seller, a boarding fee of $15.00 per day will be assessed for each day or portion of a day past the ready date (unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon by Seller).

The Buyer accepts the bird at the time of delivery AS IS. The Buyer has 72 hours from first possession during which time to have the bird examined by a duly certified avian veterinarian. This 72 hour period is considered a good health guarantee. If a significantly negative health assessment is conveyed within the 72 hour period and upon the verification of the condition of the bird and the examination of records by Seller, the Buyer may return the bird and receive a refund of the purchase price.

If for some reason you cannot keep your bird, I will gladly take it back however; I am not in the business to buy them back.

If you want your bird DNA'd, we can do it for an additional cost to you of $25.00. However, we are not responsible should the lab make a mistake on the DNA testing..

In the event Seller is unable or unwilling to deliver the bird to Buyer, the Buyer will receive a refund of the deposit.

We have not shipped but will consider shipping at buyers expense plus the cost of shipping crate.. (Weather permitting)

If the vet finds any disease condition or congenital abnormalities in the bird, (not including normal bacteria's which can become opportunistic when birds undergo stress during shipping through airline)  we will replace the bird. This does not include adoption birds, birds with handicaps, or documented special cases.  Birds are not guaranteed if not seen by an Avian vet. If a purchaser chooses to have a bird shipped, the shipping charges are not refundable.   That is money paid to the airline.

All personal checks must clear the bank before any birds will be allowed to go home with you or be shipped.
